Where the loop closes

Stage and production for systems built on the Ergo framework — the last arc of the engineering loop. The moment something ships it is runtime again, which is where the observer picks it up.

It is not built yet, and it lands last on purpose: a deploy cannot check a change against the design it came from until the design is something a machine can read.
